Judges have cases pending to avoid automatic minimum sentencing. Employment agency officials refuse to check foreigners’ administrative situation or inform on them if they are illegal. Meanwhile companies are hiring communication advisors to counter the influence of this new “resistance movement”. Outside of the unions, the French have started a disobediance activism.
